About the Plant

Paeonia Itoh 'Lemon Dream' is one of the most surprising and enchanting intersectional peonies in the world. Its large semi- to fully double blooms open in a delicate lemon-yellow tone — but the real magic lies in its genetic variability: occasionally, individual petals appear lavender-pink or pink-striped, and in favourable years, some blooms may open as true bicolours, with one half lemon-yellow and the other pink. This phenomenon doesn’t occur every year or on every plant, making each flowering season a unique surprise.
