About the Plant

Paeonia Itoh 'Julia Rose' is celebrated for its spectacular “chameleon effect” — one of the most dramatic colour transformations in the peony world. Large semi-double blooms open in vivid rosy-red, shift to warm apricot and peach-rose, and finish in creamy yellow. As flowers open at different times, the same plant displays multiple colours simultaneously. Foliage is dense, deep green, and remains decorative until the first autumn frosts.
