About the Plant
Paeonia 'Anemoniflora' — whose name literally means “anemone-flowered” — is a captivating and energetic peony that stands out for its unique flower form and exceptionally early blooming. Its blooms genuinely resemble an anemone: broad deep pink to purple-red outer petals surround a dense, fluffy centre of golden-yellow and pinkish petaloids. A true eye-catcher that adds vibrant colour to the border when many other perennials are still preparing to bloom.
